Svilena Stefanova

Svilena Stefanova is co-founder and managing partner of Wellness Masters Hub.

Svilena has obtained Master’s Degree in Polish philology in the Jagiellonian University, Cracow, Poland, with specialization in Linguistics.

Her interests in languages and communication led her to pursue a career in translation in international environment. She has been working in the field for 18 years.

After realizing the importance of communication and interpersonal relations for sound psychological and emotional health, Svilena followed various selfdevelopment trainings and courses: the Hoffman process, the 4 modules of the SAT program by Claudio Naranjo, residential workshops in psychodrama – clown therapy, meditation and empowerment for women, mindfulness, vipassana, lectures on the enquiry method of Byron Katie, etc.
In Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland and France between 2014 and 2019.

In June 2020 she obtained a certification in Existential Well-being Counselling: A Personcentred Experiential Approach from the KU Leuven, Belgium.

Since 2018 she has been working on a holistic therapeutic approach for betterment of the psychological, emotional and physical health. It includes a combination of talking therapy, Dr Bach’s Flower Essences, herbal treatment, sound healing and changes of conscious and unconscious programming based on the method of Dr Emile Coué. Recently she is adding to that mix some traditional rituals for spiritual balancing and centring based on shamanic practices.

Currently she is following a training in the Netherlands for a facilitator accompanying healing sessions for subconscious-level therapy with the safe and responsible use of entheogens.

She speaks fluently English, Polish, Spanish, Catalan, French and Italian. Her level of Russian is communicative and she is a beginner in German.
